Character Academy Principal and lead teacher Evee Beardsworth brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of music and performing arts.

From a young age Evee could be found in the bright spotlights of a theatre stage which is where her love of performance first developed. Since those early days she has gone on to achieve two masters degrees including a masters in music from the prestigious Royal Northern College of Music.

​

In addition to her studies Evee's talent has seen her take on a wide range of projects across the world. Beginning her career in film and television production, and moving on to teaching and performing in South Korea, performing in musicals, music videos, nationwide concert tours and even singing at the BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall.

​

Alongside this experience Evee has trained with some of the biggest names in the musical theatre world including Broadway star Marisha Wallace and West End legend Kerry Ellis.

​

Despite the impact that Covid 19 has had on the performing arts industry, this hasn't stopped Evee! In 2021 her range of work included nationwide tours with Russell Watson, Kerry Ellis, The Game of Thrones Symphony and The Lord of the Rings in Concert.

​
